"Passengers and people working on the transport network should maintain a 2 metre distance from people outside their household or support bubble, where possible, because the risk of transmission is small at this distance.

If passengers and people working on the transport network cannot keep a 2 metre distance, they can reduce the risk of transmission by maintaining a 1 metre distance where possible, and taking suitable mitigations.

You should consider and set out the mitigations you already have in place or will introduce, in your risk assessment."

We are only carrying a maximum of 8 passengers on all our trips, including the shopper bus, we follow all of the above, all passengers are requested to use the sanitiser provided and must wear a mask while on board unless exempt. We continue to operate a 2 metre distance rule. The windows are kept open when weather permits and the whole bus is cleansed after each trip with a defogging machine.

When visiting any of our local produce markets, please follow our current Covid-19 guidelines.

  • We're encouraging market visitors to wear face coverings when visiting our markets.

  • Do not visit the market if you have COVID-19 symptoms. Whilst we'd love to see you, you should not visit the market if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. Neither should you visit the market if you are self-isolating because someone else in your household has COVID-19 or symptoms. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus for the latest Government Guidelines.

  • Respect one another's personal space - Please try to stay at least 2 metres away from anyone you do not live with or who is not in your bubble. We have placed signage to remind you across the market.

  • Follow Signage - The market will be operating queuing systems at the most popular stalls. We may also need to limit visitors from entering the market should the footfall become too busy for social distancing to be maintained.

  • Good Hand Hygiene - Please wash your hands before and after visiting the market. We have several hand sanitiser stations located on the entry points. Please also try not to touch surfaces and try not to pick up any products from stalls, unless you plan to buy them.

  • Card or Contactless Payments Preferred - Our traders prefer to accept cash or contactless payments.

  • Be kind to others - Our colleagues and traders have been working hard to make our markets as safe as possible. Please be respectful and follow guidance from our colleagues or traders. Help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
