We run a Memory Box Cafe every Thursday from 09:30 am to 11:30 am at The SHADO Centre Plougastel Dr, Saltash PL12 6DJ. Anyone who is living with a mild to moderate cognitive impairment or has been affected by one is welcome to come along for a cup of tea and biscuits and chat to our volunteers.

We run a Memory Box Cafe every Thursday from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at the Community Kitchen, 8 Fore Street, PL12 6JL. Anyone who is living with a mild to moderate cognitive impairment or has been affected by one is welcome to come along for a cup of tea and biscuits and chat to our volunteers.
