This year, our Annual General Meeting serves as an opportunity to not only discuss the progress and achievements of our Enterprises but also to honour and appreciate the important role our members play at CEPL12. Your involvement, invaluable insights, and continuous support have been instrumental in propelling CEPL12 towards success and making a positive impact in our community.
Name Change Proposal
Please note that we are proposing a change of company name from Saltash Gateway Community Interest Company to Community Enterprises PL12 CIC. Consequently, we will put forward a Special Resolution to our members, to be decided at the AGM.
We believe it is time for a name change that more accurately captures the essence of who we are and what we represent. The original name is rarely used with CEPL12 having been predominant for several years now.
Before proceeding with the name change, we wanted to seek our members' input and feedback. We encourage you to share your thoughts, questions, or concerns about the proposed name change before the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 27th September.
